Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Martin and Nicola Corless, Volare first opened it’s doors for business in February 1997.  Specialising in Tapas, the concept is to provide delicious, home made, Mediterranean influenced dishes in a beautiful, cosy atmosphere served by friendly, helpful servers.

The restaurant is situated on a village high street with stunning vistas of Emley Moor and gorgeous Yorkshire countryside.

Where possible, the menu is carefully sourced from local ingredients; local suppliers are used and the fantastic Volare staff all live within the local community.  The restaurant is cosy & romantic with a warm atmosphere & friendly, helpful servers.

Volare is fully licensed, has a fully stocked bar and a superb wine list.  Desserts are a must have – all home made and we make fabulous liqueur coffees!

From an award-winning Halloumi cheese to juicy, plump, fresh Scottish mussels and tender, melt in your mouth fillet steak (from a local Quality butcher) Volare provides great value for money, a special atmosphere and a dining experience to fully enjoy. Please see TripAdvisor for references!

  1. Hi there, we celebrated my daughters 16th birthday at Volare last night & I just wanted to let you know that we all had a lovely time. Some of the group are known to be ‘fussy’ eaters but everyone found something on the menu & thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be recommending dining with you to friends & family !!!!

    Many Thanks Once Again
